01
Who should reach out
We are exploring selective angel investments in early-stage technology companies using our own capital. We welcome non-confidential introductions from technical founders with a clear customer need, evidence of technical progress, and a credible path to a useful product.
02
What to send
Please send only a brief, non-confidential overview of the problem, proposed product, intended customers, and current stage of development. Read our submission terms before sending materials.
03
What not to send
Do not send confidential information, trade secrets, source code, detailed technical designs, classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data or technology, or materials you are not authorized to disclose.
04
Submissions and independent development
Unless Zyvron has expressly agreed otherwise in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative, we do not agree to receive unsolicited submissions in confidence or accept restrictions on our independent activities merely by receiving them.
Sending materials does not, by itself, establish an advisory, fiduciary, investment, or other business relationship, or obligate Zyvron to review, respond, invest, or compensate you.
Zyvron may independently research, develop products, establish businesses, or evaluate and invest in opportunities similar to those described in a submission. We may already be working on similar concepts or receive similar information from other sources.
This section does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property, authorize infringement or misuse of protected information, or override applicable law or an existing agreement.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
